Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate packaging files with the Packaging Validation Team
- Verify medications using PacVision and manual checking
- Confirm medication, patient, prescriber, delivery, and auxiliary details
- Communicate with clients, patients, pharmacies, and long-term-care clients
- Use Teams, Adherenet, telephone, text, and email communications
Requirements:
- RPhT registration in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- One to three years of pharmacy technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency as volumes grow
- Ability to follow Ontario pharmacy practice standards
