Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa is seeking a hands-on Resident Manager to lead day-to-day janitorial services across a multi-shift operation. Reporting to the Account Director, you will drive frontline execution, supervise staff, ensure safety, quality, and timely work-order completion in a complex client environment.
You will coordinate staffing, inspections, KPI/SLAs, training, and supplier readiness, while providing clear daily direction and operational reporting to the client.
