As an Associate Contracts Administrator, you will support the Contracts Support function within Sales Operations and Defense Solutions business units. Reporting to the Supervisor, Contracts Support, you will assist with agreements, customer packages, government contracting requirements, and operational records. The work requires organization, attention to detail, and coordination under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, negotiate, structure, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Manage Bailment Agreements establishing customer and partner relationships
- Complete and maintain certification and representations packages
- Prepare Commercial Item Determinations under FAR and DFARS requirements
- Maintain SharePoint agreements records and support data integrity audits
