As a Project Controls Supervisor, you will guide Cost and Schedule teams across Energy & Resources projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, and performance reporting. This full-time, midlevel manager position supports renewables, power delivery, oil and gas, mining, and other markets. Key Responsibilities:
Guide Project Controls team development, coaching, performance, training, and career growth Oversee cost and schedule issue resolution and escalation decisions Develop project controls procedures, tools, and systems Monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, variances, and corrective actions Prepare reports, dashboards, client deliverables, estimates, and schedules Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role Experience in engineering management, EPC, or EPCM environments Excellent computer skills, including Primavera, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Diploma or degree in certified project management is highly desirable Bring project controls leadership, analytical thinking, and reliable cost and schedule information to Stantec’s global Energy & Resources projects.
