Advanced Excel and financial modelling define this in-office Estimator role with ATCO Structures in Calgary, Alberta. Build sound pricing for camp services. As an Estimator, you will support workforce accommodation and camp services opportunities across ATCO’s operations. You will translate client requirements and operating assumptions into cost models, pricing schedules, and commercial submissions. The work spans ROM estimates, budgetary pricing, competitive RFPs, negotiations, and final submissions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed cost estimates for comprehensive Camp Services offerings Build staffing and operating models using occupancy and service requirements Analyze cost drivers through scenario and sensitivity analysis Review RFPs, scopes, addenda, and commercial risks Maintain estimating tools, benchmarks, and pricing templates Requirements:
Two to four years of related estimating experience Experience with remote camps, hospitality, or industrial services Advanced Excel and complex financial modelling skills Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, tenders, or submissions Strong analytical judgment and numerical accuracy Use Excel, operational modelling, and commercial analysis to shape defensible Camp Services pricing for ATCO Structures.
