Lead complex capital projects exceeding $1 billion with Worley in Calgary, Alberta, using project controls and multidisciplinary leadership. This full-time position drives delivery accountability. As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and closure across operations. The position requires leadership across engineering, procurement, construction management, and quality assurance. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own project completion and handover from initiation through closeout
- Lead integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams
- Manage executive, operational, contractor, vendor, and regulatory relationships
- Control scope, budgets, schedules, risks, HSE, and quality
- Oversee contracts, financial reporting, cash flow, and forecasting
Requirements:
- At least 15 years in a Senior Project Manager role
- Oil and gas or heavy industrial construction experience
- Project delivery, contract management, and Project Controls expertise
- Advanced SAP, EcoSys, or Primavera P6 proficiency
- Engineering or Construction Management degree and Alberta P.Eng.
