Manage post-award contracts in Calgary with Cenovus, applying commercial control, supplier performance, and change management expertise. Occasional site travel may be required. Reporting to the Manager, SCM Projects, this advisor administers assigned project contracts after award. The work supports contractual compliance, cost control, documentation, and project delivery. Collaboration spans project teams, construction management, Supply Chain Management, suppliers, and field locations. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain contract files, trackers, change logs, and approval records Coordinate supplier onboarding, kick-offs, performance meetings, and communications Monitor costs, commitments, forecasts, schedules, milestones, and obligations Process amendments, change orders, and contractual changes Resolve or escalate commercial, schedule, and supplier issues Requirements:
Legal authorization to work in Canada Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, engineering, or construction Minimum five years of progressive contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project experience Hands-on post-award contract administration experience Experience with cost control, change management, and supplier performance Bring post-award contract administration, cost control, and supplier management expertise to Cenovus’s Calgary-based project portfolio.
