Shape payment products at ATB as a hybrid Product Manager focused on Interac e-Transfers, Real Time Rail, and measurable client value. Within the Money Movement Team, you will research client needs, define product vision, and deliver roadmap outcomes. You will manage product lifecycles, analyze performance data, and coordinate regulatory work across payments stakeholders. This role supports payment modernization and enterprise strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to Interac e-Transfer and Real Time Rail roadmaps Guide products through discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and sunset Track KPIs and use analytics to optimize experiences Coordinate Fraud, AML, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations Drive modernization aligned with Payments Canada releases Requirements:
Two to three years of direct product management experience Payment product experience and knowledge of networks and standards Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience Fluency in Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience using analytics to achieve business metrics Bring payments expertise, product lifecycle ownership, and data-informed strategy to ATB’s Interac and Real Time Rail portfolio.
