CISOC is seeking a bilingual, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Language Services Coordinator.
The successful candidate will assist with the coordination and administration of interpretation, translation, and language proficiency assessment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process incoming interpretation requests from initial inquiry through completion.
- Review requests, assign appropriate interpreters, and respond to routine client inquiries.
- Manage translation requests from receipt through completion, including assigning projects to qualified translators based on their skills, training, and experience.
- Coordinate and process online language proficiency assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Communicate professionally with clients, interpreters, and translators.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential client information and personal documents.
