Lead operational oversight across CT REIT retail locations in Western Canada using property management and financial control expertise. Travel across the portfolio and respond to emergencies. Reporting to the Director, Property Management, the Regional Manager oversees commercial retail properties across Western Canada. The work combines budgeting, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, compliance, contracting, and staff supervision. Success requires strong accounting, planning, people management, and property technology experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual budgets and analyze monthly financial performance
- Manage tenant relationships, billing inquiries, and service requests
- Oversee preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage tenders, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Supervise administrative staff and establish operational objectives
Requirements:
- Five to seven years in property management or retail
- Professional designation such as CPM, CFM, FMA, RPA, CSM, or ASM
- Excellent accounting, business management, planning, and organizing skills
- Experience with Yardi Property Management Software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between portfolio properties
- Bring regional property management, tenant relations, budgeting, and maintenance expertise to CT REIT’s Western Canada portfolio.
