Commercial construction project management expertise drives budgets, schedules, safety, and deliverables for Greco Toronto’s remote position serving the GTA area. Frequent travel is required. This Project Manager oversees commercial construction work from planning through closeout. The role manages scope, staffing, budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation. It also requires blueprint reading, cost control, code compliance, and coordination with internal departments, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project goals, scope, deliverables, budget, staffing, and schedule
- Establish health, safety, code compliance, and quality expectations
- Coordinate project staff, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Complete take-offs, reports, logs, change orders, and updates
- Oversee SOVs, payments, deliveries, installation progress, and closeout documentation
Requirements:
- Two to five years of Project Manager experience required
- Advanced knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related Office tools
- High school diploma required; Business or Construction Management degree preferred
