Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer accounts to assess risk and collection viability
- Compile Credit Services productivity metrics for reporting
- Conduct periodic risk and receivables delinquency analyses
- Set up new A/R accounts and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with departments to improve reporting efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-5 years experience in credit analysis or related area
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Familiarity with tax maintenance and validation processes
