AgeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team at Gibson Longterm Care in North York, ON. The RN reports to the Director of Care and collaborates on resident care, applying knowledge, skills and judgment to deliver safe, ethical nursing services in a resident-centered environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing and other services, leading shift reports, documenting changes in residents' condition, and processing physician orders promptly.
