Age Care in Canada is seeking a Social Service Worker to support residents and families with move-in processes, transitions, finances, concerns, and access to community resources.
In this role you will assist the Director of Care and Business Manager, participate in CQI activities, prepare required reports, and help update policies and procedures shaping Social Service practice.
Salary range is CAD 59,000–63,000 per year.
Canadian work experience is not required.
