Own portfolio-level client relationships and account conversations Coach Project Managers through delivery, KPIs, and workload management Oversee scopes, handoffs, change orders, and purchase orders Monitor budgets, margins, invoicing, and accounts receivable Review high-risk deliverables and flag financial risks early Requirements:
Five to eight or more years managing environmental, civil, or infrastructure projects Three to five or more years supervising Project Managers or technical personnel Experience managing margins, budgets, scope changes, and accounts receivable Environmental compliance knowledge across water, soil, air, or monitoring services Provincial regulatory workflow familiarity; PMP certification is an asset Apply environmental project leadership, client management, coaching, and financial accountability across complex construction-focused portfolios.
