Shape reliable business intelligence through data modeling and KPI definition as CSC Generation’s hybrid Canada Data Lead, with Toronto preferred. Work across 13 brands. This role owns the analytical layer between raw data and business decisions, reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Intelligence. You will build semantic layers, establish reusable models, and align metric definitions across distinct ERPs, web analytics platforms, and operational systems. Stakeholder partnership and clear delivery expectations are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:
Define KPIs and analytical approaches for business questions Maintain BI semantic layers as metric sources of truth Assess feasibility, effort, and trade-offs for data requests Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and external vendors Document analysis and accelerate workflows using AI tools Requirements:
Business acumen translating questions into actionable analytical recommendations Modern BI experience building semantic or reusable data models Strong SQL and Python coding, review, and debugging ability Familiarity with ERP and web analytics data sources Fluency with AI coding tools and output validation Apply your KPI strategy, semantic modeling, and stakeholder partnership skills to trusted business intelligence at CSC Generation.
