Lead treasury and taxation for CSA Group in Toronto, combining cash-flow forecasting with corporate tax compliance and financial governance. This is a full-time position. As Senior Director, Taxation & Treasury, you will oversee treasury operations, tax planning, administration, and compliance. The work includes investment accounting, liquidity management, financial reporting, pension compliance, and coordination with external advisors, custodians, auditors, and investment managers. You will support accurate information for management and Board reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise cash-flow management and short-term liquidity forecasting
- Manage banking relationships, accounts, signing authorities, and treasury controls
- Coordinate investment reporting, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Oversee corporate tax returns, provisions, and reporting obligations
- Lead financial and regulatory compliance for DB and DC pension plans
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive treasury, reporting, and tax experience
- Strong cash-flow forecasting, liquidity, banking, and treasury expertise
- Ability to lead across finance disciplines and develop teams
