Catholic Social Services is seeking a Family Enrichment Worker for its Family Intervention team. You will strengthen families' abilities to provide safe, nurturing environments for children. The work combines mentoring, family support, transportation, communication skills, and organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality supports to children and families
- Teach parenting and communication skills
- Mentor children and families through family intervention
- Support and transport children to family visitations
- Create organized, concise files and notes
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Services, or equivalent
- At least six months' experience with children and families preferred
- In-home family support experience preferred
- Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention Record Checks
- Class 5 licence, vehicle, insurance, and registration required
