Lead GMP/GLP quality control activities at Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. in Scarborough, supporting testing, inspections, and product release operations.
As Quality Control Assistant Manager, you will support daily QC operations across raw materials, packaging components, bulk products, and finished products. You will supervise personnel, coordinate workflow, review documentation, and support investigations within a cosmetics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support raw material, packaging, bulk, and finished product testing
- Supervise QC personnel and provide testing guidance
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and meet established timelines
- Investigate deviations, OOS results, non-conformances, and complaints
- Support audits, CAPAs, SOPs, and GMP documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
- Three to five years of relevant GMP quality control experience
- Mandarin and English proficiency, written and verbal
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory standards
- Supervisory experience, Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills
