Your Role
An Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Club Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the club. The AGM helps drive club performance, supports and develops the team, maintains operational standards, and ensures members consistently receive an exceptional experience.
The AGM is a hands-on leader who leads by example, supports staff accountability, and steps into a leadership role when the Club Manager is unavailable.
Job Summary
- Support the Club Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the club team.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and daily staff management.
- Drive membership sales, Personal Training opportunities, and member retention.
- Monitor team performance and help maintain accountability to club goals and standards.
- Support daily administration, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and well-maintained club. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
- Handle member concerns and support staff with conflict resolution when needed.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
- Assume leadership of club operations in the Club Manager’s absence.
