As Personal Training Manager, you will drive a high-performance, high-care culture focused on speed, urgency, and results. You will oversee member integration, programming, development, and client retention. The role includes coaching direct reports, managing KPIs, and collaborating with the General Manager. You will also help create an inclusive club environment supporting goal achievement without judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and acquire personal training clients
- Generate leads and expand the personal training client base
- Recruit, train, and manage qualified Personal Trainers
- Track programming, client progress, reporting, and department data
- Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
Requirements:
- Two or more years of personal training experience preferred
- Experience executing plans and managing key performance indicators
- Three or more years leading teams of eight to fifteen preferred
- Nationally Recognized Certified Personal Training License
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days if needed
