We’re looking for a Marketing and Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment to support our leadership team and help drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide executive & personal support to our Creative Director/Owner and EVP
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and prepare key documents
- Organize travel, events, and sales meetings
- Support HR and recruitment processes
- Liaise with suppliers & vendors on product and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate office and personal projects with precision and confidentiality
What You Bring
- Experience supporting executives in a dynamic setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech savvy (MS Office) and detail-oriented
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a sense of humor
- Post-secondary education is an asset
