This Senior Engineering Manager role sits within CrowdStrike’s CTIO team and leads development for the next-generation sensor platform. You will bring multiple AI-based strategies into one integrated capability, translating research into shipped product. Your scope includes model operationalization, sensor telemetry, data pipelines, inference performance, and collaboration with cloud and data science teams. Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the AI on-endpoint roadmap Operationalize models and deliver efficient on-device inference Develop features across file, memory, process, and networking subsystems Partner with cloud, data science, and sensor teams Own feature delivery from initial design through demonstrations Requirements:
Hands-on experience with endpoint machine learning deployment Experience collecting, transforming, and delivering sensor telemetry General understanding of C++ and Windows, macOS, and Linux internals Experience shipping major features and releases with teams Strong communication and collaboration in distributed environments Build sensor-based AI capabilities at CrowdStrike by connecting machine learning operations, telemetry engineering, and cross-platform product delivery.
