As a Personal Lines & MPI Service Team Member, you will assist clients with new business quotes, renewals, and mid-term changes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide broad Personal Lines support across new business and service needs
- Carry and manage a medium book of Personal Lines renewals
- Complete quotes on the spot or within 24 hours
- Serve walk-in clients and assist with MPI services
- Collect claims information and follow up with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Level 1 General Insurance License required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
