Location: 5 days in-office in Toronto/New York

- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and operations roles.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition and hiring strategy.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience while tracking and improving hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to flex into GTM hiring.
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates from top-tier tech companies.
- Experience as an early recruiting hire, scaling teams and processes from the ground up.
- Prior experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage start-up environments.
