Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies by tracking performance and identifying potential risks.
- Collaborate with deal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute private credit transactions.
- Maintain and update financial models to monitor key metrics and covenant compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, partners, and co-investors.
- Track industry developments and macroeconomic trends affecting the private credit market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or similar sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
