- Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese‐speaking customers to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow‐ups.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
