Lead and expand the Croesus Campus center of expertise Develop training catalogs, learning paths, and operational processes Design digital and artificial intelligence-integrated learning solutions Oversee Workday Learning configuration and platform optimization Measure adoption, learning transfer, and organizational performance contributions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Advanced hands-on LMS configuration and optimization experience Instructional design and training content creation track record Professional fluency in French and English Bring strategic learning leadership, Workday Learning expertise, and talent development experience to Croesus’s evolving workforce programs.
