Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate standardized CPI programs confidently and consistently
- Apply adult-learning practices to improve learner outcomes
- Provide Certified Instructors coaching and classroom support
- Plan training events, travel, and expense tracking
- Conduct consultations, seminars, and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with First Aid/CPR certification
- At least two years of human services experience
- Valid driver's license or Real ID required
- Ability to demonstrate specific physical intervention techniques
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency
