New and genuine role for an experienced Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join a team of a global financial services company. Reporting to an inspiring Head of Technology Infrastructure, the role is to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, technical design, planning, and implementation of the advanced telecommunications infrastructure within the company environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive enterprise experience on the Zoom telephony platform
- Can confidently navigate a complex Zoom Tenant for both provisioning and troubleshooting voice and video
- Experience with large-scale migrations from other PBX solutions to Zoom
- Ability to work autonomously effectively
- Experience supporting Zoom Voice and Video Cloud solutions (UCaaS), NICE Contact Center, complex on-premise Cisco solutions, as well as Speakerbus and IPC Turret Trade Desk telephony; networking (firewall, switching/routing, collaboration/telephony)
