Lead technical support and warranty operations for Pulse Vehicles, using vehicle diagnostics and warranty expertise across Canada and the United States. This senior manager position shapes a North American function supporting Demers Ambulances, Crestline Coach, Braun Custom Ambulances and Medix Specialty Vehicles. You will lead distributed teams, establish service levels, strengthen troubleshooting and manage policy-aligned warranty administration. The role is primarily office-based, with hybrid arrangements considered according to business needs and location. Travel may reach 50% across Pulse Vehicles locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop geographically distributed technical support and warranty teams
- Set response, escalation, follow-up, ownership and closure service levels
- Build troubleshooting resources, service bulletins and known-issue documentation
- Manage warranty claims, authorization, documentation, labour, parts and exceptions
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and other functions
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of progressive technical or warranty experience
- Five or more years of leadership across sites, brands or countries
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical, diagnostic, multiplexing, control and mechanical systems
- Experience with warranty analysis, supplier recovery and corrective actions
- English fluency, French preferred, valid licence and regular travel availability
