As IT Director, you will own Cressey’s technology stack and set department direction while remaining hands-on. You will guide a lean team of five, manage external partners, and support development, construction, property management, sales and marketing, and finance. The work includes applications, integrations, security, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Own Yardi strategy, configuration, roadmap, and improvement Oversee infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, backups, and recovery Lead projects from requirements through deployment and optimization Manage integrations, data flows, documentation, and security Coach five IT professionals and external support partners Requirements:
Proficiency implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications Experience in a lean IT function with external partners Managed service provider and implementation partner experience Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Technical knowledge overseeing infrastructure and security risk Bring Yardi expertise, hands-on leadership, integration ownership, and security oversight to Cressey’s Vancouver technology function.
