Lead food and beverage operations across RED Mountain Resort and The Josie Hotel, combining service leadership with financial accountability. Work across Rossland properties, including peak periods and events. This Director of Food and Beverage role oversees dining, beverage, banquets, weddings and special events. You will guide restaurant, culinary, lounge and event operations while strengthening standards across two distinct properties. Success requires budgeting, forecasting, labour management and guest experience leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily food and beverage operations across both properties
- Set service, culinary quality, cleanliness and atmosphere standards
- Develop budgets, forecasts, operating priorities and financial reporting
- Improve revenue, labour productivity, costs and departmental profitability
- Coordinate dining, beverage, banquet and event programs
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of progressive food and beverage leadership
- Senior management experience in hotel, resort or multi-outlet hospitality
- Experience leading culinary, service, bar and event managers
- Budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and menu costing experience
- Serving It Right and FoodSafe certifications required or obtainable
