You will reconcile accounts under 60 days delinquent, communicate with customers, and support account updates. The permanent, full-time position includes phone calls, email, payment arrangements, document processing, and skip tracing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
- Send and receive documents to update accounts
- Find solutions and arrange customer payments
- Meet weekly call and collection targets
- Complete skip tracing tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual French and English communication ability
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to multitask across account activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite and soft phone applications
- Knowledge of different CRM systems; experience is an asset
