  • Maintain and expand a strong market network; represent CACIB ITB at client meetings, industry forums (GTR, ICC, BAFT), and trade finance conferences to build the bank's origination franchise in North America.
  • Coordinate with CACIB's global ITB’s hubs in Paris, London, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. to ensure coherent multi-geography client coverage and to leverage the bank's full international footprint in cross-border mandates.

Supplementary Information

  • Act as advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout their trade finance lifecycle — from initial structuring dialogue through implementation, monitoring, and renewal.
  • Structure and execute a wide range of ITB products, including: ECA-backed export finance loans letters of credit, standby LCs, performance bonds; supply chain finance programs, receivables finance, inventory finance.
  • Prepare and review term sheets, commitment letters and marketing materials to a high standard; ensure all submissions are tailored to the client's strategic and financial context.
  • Lead or co-lead the internal approval process, coordinating with risk, legal, compliance, and middle office teams to deliver timely and well-structured credit papers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and legal documentation directly with clients and external counsel, ensuring transaction profitability in line with CACIB's capital and return models.
