Drive Western Canada growth through consultative sales, client relationships, and business development in Crawford's hybrid Sales Executive role.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, you will promote Crawford's services across Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. The role centers on prospecting, expanding current-client services, and strengthening relationships with carriers, brokers, and self-insured organizations. You will develop proposals, maintain Salesforce records, and coordinate market activities supporting sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities
- Expand Crawford services with existing clients
- Build relationships across Western Canada's insurance market
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service recommendations
- Lead client events supporting market presence and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communications, or related field
- Five or more years of relevant industry or sales experience
- Business development and client relationship management skills
- Consultative sales and strategic analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30% and visit clients
