As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support Adakite's Development & Construction team across development, construction, procurement, and building improvements. The role offers broader project exposure and growth toward Project Manager responsibility. You will coordinate project teams, manage documentation, and drive follow-up across consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Drive schedules, meetings, action items, and project deliverables
- Track budgets, commitments, invoices, costs, variances, and risks
- Review drawings, contracts, budgets, change orders, and documentation
- Support tendering, procurement, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years' relevant construction, development, or property coordination experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
- Ability to read drawings, contracts, and budgets
- Experience with procurement, purchase orders, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Strong Excel skills and valid driver's licence
