This permanent, full-time Maintenance Supervisor position leads a team of 10 to 15 hourly unionized technicians. You will provide functional leadership, coaching, technical support, and individual development. The work includes daily planning, preventative maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead unionized technicians across production lines
- Execute daily work plans and preventative maintenance

Requirements:
- Experience leading unionized trades, including millwrights or electricians
