At CPP Investments, you will support Managing Directors and the broader Integrated Strategies Group within the Office of the Chief Investment Officer. The work includes coordinating global schedules, travel, presentations, correspondence, events, and departmental processes. Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment are essential when handling sensitive information and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and Integrated Strategies colleagues
- Manage complex calendars across global offices and scheduling requirements
- Coordinate international travel, itineraries, expenses, and related administration
- Prepare executive documents, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Organize events, onboarding, vendors, and follow-up on action items
Requirements:
- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- Six or more years supporting senior leaders professionally
- Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, events, and expenses
- Strong organization, detail orientation, prioritization, and deadline management
- English communication skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
