This full-time position plays a crucial role in updating and maintaining SAP HCM configurations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP HCM OM and PA configurations and enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and resolve application issues
- Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams on business needs and solution design
- Develop and support testing strategies for functional specifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 5 years of SAP HCM experience
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and problem resolution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is beneficial
