As an Art Director, you will translate brand and creative strategies into memorable, visually impactful content. You will lead projects from ideation through execution, using graphic design, post-production knowledge, and cultural insight. Your work will connect product attributes with human emotion and customer perspectives. Key Responsibilities:
Curate furniture styling, casting, and locations for aspirational customer personas Direct shoots and guide post-production treatment to Cozey standards Champion AI tools for ambitious creative concepts Build 360° concepts across web, retail, events, and advertising Present creative direction clearly to build team conviction Requirements:
Seven-plus years of art direction experience Strong 360° portfolio from studio, agency, or lifestyle brand Graphic design and post-production technical knowledge Hands-on enthusiasm for AI image generation Confidence turning ambiguous briefs into clear direction Bring art direction, cultural awareness, and AI image-generation expertise to Cozey’s distinctive furniture brand storytelling.
