Lead Cozey's evening fulfillment shift in Montreal, using warehouse supervision and process optimization to keep orders accurate, safe, and on time.
Reporting to the Fulfillment Center Manager, you will own operations at the Mont-Royal fulfillment center. This hands-on leadership role covers receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and team coaching. You will translate shift performance into practical improvements while coordinating with the day shift and FC Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete receiving, picking, staging, and shipping on time
- Supervise, train, and coach the warehouse team
- Track KPIs and support site-wide initiatives
- Communicate safety measures and enforce warehouse rules
- Develop SOPs for inbound and outbound tasks
Requirements:
- Four or more years in production or fulfillment environments
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Collaborative leadership style that develops team performance
- Ownership mindset with practical improvement ideas
- Resourcefulness and creativity in daily operations
