Bookkeeper — Coywolf Aviation
Location: Remote, with regular in-person meetings in Brampton, ON that you must be able to attend.

About the role
We're hiring a full-time, remote senior bookkeeper to run our day-to-day books in QuickBooks Online, with accuracy as the top priority.
What you'll do
- Book accounts payable accurately , with the right account, GST/HST code, and class on every bill
- Monitor payments and banking details closely every day, and flag anything unusual right away
- Review and record bank transactions daily, so the books are always up to date
- Manage accounts receivable, recording payments promptly and keeping client accounts current
- Reconcile all bank accounts and company Visa cards every month
What you bring
- 3+ years as a full-cycle bookkeeper , independently handling AP , AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Advanced, hands-on QuickBooks Online skills (required): bank feeds and rules, classes, bills, invoicing, reconciliations, and reports
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the habit of checking your own work before anyone else has to
- Working knowledge of GST/HST
- Strong organization: you keep up with daily volume and still close on deadline
- Warm, professional communication with clients, suppliers, and coworkers; you represent Coywolf Aviation well in every interaction
- Discretion with confidential financial and client information
Nice to have
- Experience in aviation, charter, or another industry that tracks costs by client or project
- Experience with AP automation, expense management, or payment processing software
- Foreign-currency transactions (especially USD) in QuickBooks Online
- Accounting diploma or degree, CPB designation, QuickBooks Online certification, orprogress toward a CPA
