Covenant House Toronto is seeking a Youth Worker to join the Outreach Department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on direct implementation of Covenant House philosophy, relationship-building with homeless and at-risk youth, and ongoing case management in the community.
The position requires a Diploma in Child and Youth Work, at least 2 years experience with hard-to-serve youth, and strong counselling skills. On-site hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 11am–7pm.
