This position advances mission and strategic priorities through media relations, public engagement, issues management, crisis communications, and stakeholder relations. Lead integrated communications strategies advancing Covenant’s strategic plan Advise executive and senior leaders on communications matters Oversee campaigns, events, storytelling, publications, and channels Lead team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement Establish policies, measures, and accountability frameworks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible communications leadership experience Experience managing media, crisis, reputation, and stakeholder communications Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and consulting skills Experience managing budgets, resources, planning, and performance Bring strategic counsel, communications leadership, and stakeholder expertise to Covenant’s mission, reputation, and organizational priorities.
