As Program Assistant IV, you will provide high-level administrative support within Covenant Health's interdisciplinary care team. You will help coordinate clinic operations while managing competing tasks, frequent interruptions, and changing priorities. Success requires confidentiality, sound judgment, and established workflow adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complex clerical support for the Heart Function Clinic
- Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations and administrative activities
- Manage frequent interruptions, competing tasks, and changing priorities

- Maintain confidentiality of all handled information
Requirements:
- One-year related post-secondary certificate required
- At least two years of progressive practical office experience
- Proficiency with various computer programs
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively under pressure
