Lead facilities operations, asset stewardship, and maintenance strategy as an experienced Manager guiding safe, efficient infrastructure across multiple locations. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, this leadership role oversees buildings, equipment, building systems, and physical assets. You will strengthen preventative maintenance, support capital planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance resident and employee experience. Success requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintenance strategies, standards, policies, and procedures across sites Oversee preventative maintenance programs and asset tracking systems Ensure buildings, infrastructure, and equipment operate safely Conduct lifecycle analysis for long-term facilities planning Implement maintenance best practices and continuous improvements Requirements:
5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or higher Three to five years of progressive facilities leadership experience Experience leading and developing maintenance teams Knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance requirements Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities Apply facilities leadership, asset management, and preventative maintenance expertise to strengthen safe, welcoming environments across the organization.
