Due to the company’s continued growth, we are looking to add a Senior Structures Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Team Leader to our team.
How you’ll contribute to the mission:
- Conduct morning toolbox meetings to ensure the team is prepared for the day, laying out plans and delegating tasks as needed.
- Liaise with management to ensure projects are planned and executed as scheduled, anticipating potential issues, and preparing accordingly.
- Ensure staff and other resources are available as needed, so the schedule is not compromised.
- Order parts and consumables as required.
