Build physician search and AI-enabled recruiting for CPP Clinics across its North American and European medspa network. Shape scalable talent acquisition systems. As Project Manager, Talent Acquisition and Innovation, you will create recruiting motions for physicians and experienced nurse injectors. The work spans sourcing, outreach, offers, onboarding, candidate engagement, and workforce planning. You will partner with clinic leaders, regional teams, and CPP’s central team. Key Responsibilities:
Design repeatable searches for plastic surgeons and dermatologists Build experienced nurse injector pipelines and transition support Pilot AI solutions across sourcing and candidate screening Measure recruiting technology impact on time and cost Coordinate hiring priorities with clinic and regional leaders Requirements:
Senior talent acquisition or search experience Experience making hard-to-fill, high-value hires Comfort building processes, tools, and teams Curiosity about practical AI applications Bilingual English and French is an asset Apply talent acquisition, physician search, and AI skills to expand CPP Clinics’ recruiting capabilities across multiple locations.
