Requirements: 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Proven ability to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices—including Agile methodologies and Dev Ops principles.
Experience designing and implementing systems that provide long term strategic business value Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Enterprise/B2B Saa S applications using C#/.
NET and AWS cloud technologies.
Experience building and scaling software development organizations.
Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
